On 16th April the University of Warsaw organizes Open Day of UW Ochota Campus. One week later, during the Open Day at UW Main Campus candidates can find out about programmes offered by the UW.

 

The University of Warsaw opens its doors for candidates. High school graduates will be able to see how the university’s laboratories and libraries look like and talk to people who were trying to get a place at the UW few years ago.

 

The Open Day of UW Ochota Campus

It is a mutual initiative of the faculties: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geology, Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics as well as other units: the Centre of New Technologies, the Biological and Chemical Research Centre and the Heavy Ion Laboratory.

 

It will begin on 16th April at 10.00 in the building of the Faculty of Physics (Pasteura 5).

 

During the Open Day of UW Ochota Campus participants will have a possibility to:

  • ask about admission procedure and study offer,
  • visit UW laboratories,
  • take part in workshops and lectures.

The Open Day at UW Main Campus

On 23rd April from 10.00 to 16.00 it will be the Open Day at UW Main Campus attended by representatives of students and employees of all UW faculties and units. Candidates are invited to come and get to know the key information about, among others, degree programmes (Bachelor and Master), studies in English, PhD and postgraduate studies, courses, residence halls, etc.

 

It will be also an opportunity to:

  • meet students and academic teachers,
  • see physical and chemical experiments,
  • take part in indoor rower competition.

Open registration for students

  • At present candidates may register for 7 programmes of study:
  • Internal security
  • Economics
  • Finance, investments and accounting
  • Applied Petroleum Geosciences
  • Political science
  • Humanitarian Action
  • International relations
